Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Camison.pk. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as panties, lingerie sets, and intimate wear are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address provided by the support team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
  • If approved for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or voucher for future purchases.
  • Cash refunds are generally not offered, except in special cases (e.g., out-of-stock replacements).

5. Exchanges

We allow product exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference (if available)
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes quality inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments (panties, shapewear, bras without tags)
  • Lingerie sets once worn or tried on
  • Sale items or items purchased during special promotions
  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
