1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team confirms it within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation by email, SMS, or phone call. After verification, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery to remote locations may take up to 7 working days. During holidays or sales, delivery times may extend slightly.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery fee: PKR 200–300, depending on location and weight.
• Free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000.
• Delivery fee is shown at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash when your order arrives—no advance payment needed. Please keep the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not carry change. COD is available nationwide across Pakistan.

5. Courier & Tracking

We work with reliable couriers like TCS, Leopard Courier, and M&P. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can check your package status on the courier’s website.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier will attempt again. After two failed attempts, your package may return to us and a re-delivery fee could apply. Contact our team for alternate arrangements.

7. Packaging & Privacy

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging for your privacy. Only order-related details are displayed—your purchase remains confidential.

8. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
